Be About It. Talk About It.
The Deets: Sources of Everyday Narcissism and How to Spot It (Pt. 1)
The topic of narcissism is touchy for some because it has spread so much in our society. Being fake, perversion, selfishness, corruption and greed are all things we are seeing more openly – doctors, coaches, politicians, priests – many […]
But wait…there’s more! Don’t miss the next chapter.
Check out my most recent “Vlogs” at the bottom of the Homepage. The current topic, entitled “Everyday Narcissism”, covers information and insight on narcissism we can see in everyday interactions; citing a few of my own personal experiences.

Do the things that make you say, "There's nothing else I'd rather be doing." Go to places that make you say, "There's nowhere else I'd rather be." Be with people who make you say, "There's no one else I'd rather be with."
Getting The Point
Relationship Goals
Real living and interacting stem from self knowledge and self love. It is important to have a healthy relationship with oneself that involves adequate respect and care, then demanding that all external relationships follow that blueprint. Reciprocation is also key.
You Already Know
Or maybe not…There are a lot of fake and manipulative people out there! However, they can be easy to spot. Red Flag Up not only shares a true story, but brings out-loud attention to what to look out for in hopes of avoiding or identifying relationships with people who don’t have the best of intentions for you or maybe even themselves.
Each One Teach One
Red Flag Up provides insight based on the author’s experiences and resolutions in dealing with negative or adverse relationships. The intention is not to focus on the negative, but rather to exchange wisdom and knowledge to empower others who may be coping with the difficulties of relationships of any kind that do not serve the greater good of all those involved.
"Admire humility, for it often comes from one being in awe of their own power at one point. Humility is a sign of power that has been mastered."
Narcissism is more common than you may think. These videos describe my experiences with everyday people who exhibit narcissist behaviors. I decided to make this video and call the people out by name because I do not believe in letting people get away with toxic behavior, as well as some suggestions on how to handle them. It is only fair that we warn others about those whom we know have destructive ways of thinking or being. Allowing people to get away with negative behaviors without holding them accountable not only puts others at risk of falling victim, but also allows the victimizer to believe that their actions are OK.
The people I am naming, Veronica, LaToya, and Al, are perfect examples of how narcissist hate the truth and are willing to lie and manipulate about interactions, especially when the other party remains silent, and all while being unable to discuss the truth directly. I encourage everyone to face your truth, and hold yourselves and others accountable for negative actions because it is only through acknowledgement that we can change for the better. There is nothing wrong with anger, or any other negative emotion, as long as it is properly managed and channeled. There are too many victimizers out there playing the victim.
